Stressman is the manager of Widgets Inc. and he more than lives up to his name. A man in his mid to late forties, he is pressured to perform from all sides, and attempts to get involved with every aspect of the company. Unfortunately, he is master of none. He has no idea how to deal with the stress of his job and his addiction to using corporate jargon means no one understands a word he says. He tries to motivate people but ends up offending them and getting into more trouble. He desperately needs to learn the skills of effective communication and delegation.
