Frank could be in sales, but no one is sure. He is never at his desk so everyone assumes he's off working on new clients or in crucial meetings. The truth is he is usually hiding. He is everything that is bad in a company - unwilling to put in effort, refusing to change the way things are done, no help to others, and just figures everything will sort itself out. He does like the money though, and therefore can be motivated to change.
